Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons.
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Digital content not on a tangible medium, once performance has begun with your consent.
